Paleo Bar Scam – Which ones should you get?

Today I just released my new #YoutubeVideo on the topic of #ProteinBars and which one of those are actually #Paleo and can be recommended. #truePaleo You will find it to be hard to get Real #PaleoBars in local grocery stores but there is always the option to buy them on Amazon. Unfortunately some of those apparent Paleo bars are faking their Paleo friendliness. I am looking at you @maxsportnutrition – Peanuts are legumes and definitely notPaleo.

 

Same thing with rice #ProteinPowder. Not Paleo.

 

The true paleo protein powders are #eggProtein #beefProtein #almondProtein
